Cheryl Swift will talk about her project in the Washington cemeteries to help identify and preserve data on older graves.

Tolman Cemetery D.A.R. Project.
Presentation of a project led by the D.A.R. to locate, identify, and honor the graves of veterans from the Revolutionary War and the War of 1812 in Tolman Cemetery in Rockland.

Bring your own brown bag lunch. Beverages and desserts will be provided by the Union Historical Society at no additional charge.
1:00 Cemetery Tour
Cheryl Swift and the head of the Washington Historical Society will lead a tour of one of the cemeteries in Washington, weather permitting. At this time, it is planned to visit a cemetery located in Washington village (about 5 miles from Union) with adequate parking space.
